I cannot say enough wonderful things about his place! Our mom had dementia, and Chris helped educate us and navigate this whole new world. TLC Pacifica is very transparent. You can show up at any time unannounced and see your loved one, and we could bring the grandchildren. That has to say a lot in itself. Also, Chris was available by text at any time. You can just text and say, “How is my loved one?’ And he would text you back and let you know. He was very hands-on at the facility. The staff adjusted to all of the changing needs of our mom. My mom was not the easiest person to deal with in the end, but the Christian and the staff took it in stride and, through it all, treated her with respect and love. They had parties for birthdays and Christmas, and one of my best memories of TLC Pacifica was meeting all the other families and residents at Christmas. Chris and the staff treated our mom like their own family. Nobody wants to lose their independence and move out of their home, but if it happens, this is the place you want to go. I only hope Chris and TLC Pacifica will be in business when my brother and I need care
My sister was a resident for 14 months. She received quality care. She was always very clean and felt safe. This was especially important since I was not local. I am very please with the facility and staff. Three different nurses recommended this facility as the best in Pacifica.
My brother was a resident at TLC Pacifica for almost two years. I'm very thankful for the quality care he gets from the staff of the facility. He loved the place, the meals, and the care. Cristian and his team were amazing. I would give them six stars if I could.
I don’t think I can fully articulate the gratitude I feel for Cristian and his staff. Unfortunately, my mom was only with TLC for a few weeks, as she was nearing the end of her life when she arrived. I am so grateful that she was there because I feel she receives the best possible care at TLC. The entire staff is compassionate, friendly, and loving. Cristian took the time to meet with us to try and get to know my mom as well as possible. She was unable to communicate at this time so we needed to provide him with the details of her wants, needs, passions, etc. Once he found out she was an animal lover, he made arrangements for kittens to be brought to her room occasionally to brighten her spirits. It is this type of attention to the patient (above and beyond keeping her clean, fed, and hydrated) that I am so appreciative of. While I hope that I won’t, if I ever am in need of a care facility again, TLC is the first and only place I will go.

However, I was fortunate to receive a referral to TLC-Pacifica, where my mom could receive 24/7 care while she recovered from hip replacement surgery. The team at TLC is wonderful. They are patient, compassionate, and engaging with their residents. Cristian, the administrator, was sensitive to my anxiety and made a point to check in with me with updates while mom adjusted. I can’t say enough good things about TLC, and I will forever be grateful for the care mom received during her stay.
