TLC Pacifica is a spacious two-story home with a piano, a serene outdoor patio, and decks with ocean views. We offer care, love, and respect, and we provide the best individualized care for the elderly who need assistance with daily living. This is accomplished through a warm and family-oriented atmosphere. The quaint home away from home allows us to provide your loved ones with personal care and attention. 

We have a safe and secure environment in a pleasant neighborhood. Our limited occupancy and intimate setting accommodate individual needs while providing a sense of place and belonging. Our cozy home gives the residents, their loved ones, and our staff the ability to get to know each other in a comfortable, familiar setting. As an assisted living facility with 22 years of expertise in servicing the elderly community, we welcome male and female residents, ambulatory and non-ambulatory, continent and incontinent, with physical and/or cognitive impairment.
